Waiting Times are excessive -Advertise more widely to our patients to call staff prior to their appointment.
-We are adding catch up spots to our doctors’ appointment books
Inability to make an appointment with Doctor of choice We have sourced New Doctors and are engaging registrars
Patients finding it hard to make an appointment After losing several doctors we have now welcomed New Doctors onto our team which will aide us in servicing our patients
