On the 15th December 2021 the borders will be opening.
Grosvenor and Collins Street Practice will be implementing some changes to ensure the safety of our patients, staff and doctors.
We continue to request – ALL PATIENTS WITH FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS – DO NOT ATTEND THE PRACTICE – PLEASE PHONE FOR A TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT OR AN APPOINTMENT IN OUR RESPIRATORY CLINIC.
Telehealth consultations are currently preferred over face to face, however we understand that some consultations are best diagnosed or treated in person.
Our front door will remain unlocked but we ask for all patients to phone on arrival at the practice and wait in your car or somewhere safe nearby. Our doctors will conduct a brief phone consultation and invite you into the clinic for examination. As of the 1st of January our telehealth fees will be in line with our face to face consultations – https://grosvenorstgp.com.au/billing-practice-policy/
We ask that a minimum number of patients enter the clinic, please do not bring multiple family members over the age of 12 to your appointment where possible.
All patients 12 years and over are required to wear a mask.
We request all patients continue to use the Check In App on arrival.
COVID vaccines are available, please book with reception staff.
We appreciate your patience in this evolving time and we look forward to continuing to offer you the best service possible.
