Hotdoc – Our New Booking System
We have switched to Hotdoc for online appointment bookings and sms reminders.
We’re pleased to let our patients know that we have now transitioned to HotDoc for all online appointment bookings. HotDoc allows you to conveniently book appointments online 24/7, manage upcoming bookings, receive appointment reminders, and update your details securely through the app or website.
As part of the booking process, patients may be asked to securely store their credit or debit card details through HotDoc’s encrypted payment system. Depending on the appointment type and practice policy, card details may be used for prepayments, deposits, private billing, or late cancellation and non-attendance fees where applicable. Your payment information is stored securely by HotDoc and is not accessible to clinic staff.
Patients can download the HotDoc app or visit the website to book with their preferred doctor and view available appointment times in real time. If you have any questions or need assistance setting up your HotDoc account, our reception team is happy to help.
